Teambuilding Ropes Course
On Sunday October 11th, the Supercrew group took a leadership trip to the Ropes Course at Camp Stevens in Julian, CA. Offering courses with both individual and partner exercises, the course challenges helped to build trust and strenghten group encouragement. The group learned about challenge by choice and how it was acceptable for group members to remain on the ground if they wished. The process extendes each person's capability for understanding, patience and compassion. Throughout the year the group will be able to utilize the skills learned from
the ropes course with other projects and team building experiences.
